Battery is missing. Trailer has mismatched tire sizes (Left side 4.80-12 Right 5.30-12) and there’s various scratches down both sides and on the bow. We had to jump the engine off the starter solenoid on the engine itself (wouldn’t start from ignition switch). Unable to get power to all accessories within the boat. Transporter stated the boat was full of water (over the electrical components and wiring) when it was picked up.
