| Exterior: There is corrosion forming on the tongue/entry steps, damage to the lighting fixtures on the front side, there’s tape covering the glass in the left rear, the trim/molding around the roof is coming up, and the rear entry steps do not open. There are hard water stains under the water connection, stains, and streaks in the siding. Light scuffs/dings in the body.
Interior: The door does not close properly (the track for the sliding glass door is bent), the lighting fixture in the living area is damaged, the rear cabin slideout molding is missing, the floor is slightly soft and bubbling near the AC vent/sliding glass door and trim around the kitchen cabinet is water damaged. The microwave, refrigerator, rear cabin bed frame, radio, and all living area furniture are missing. Light scratches, scuffs, and dings in the unit. See photos. Mechanical: The rear slideout makes a grinding sound when opening and is hesitant to open completely. The propane tanks/battery is missing and will need to be replaced. |
