Tires are in good condition. Very tall ceilings in the kitchen/living room. Trailer is very clean and in good shape other than the furniture has been scratched up by an animal.

Very nice layout with the master in the front of the trailer, designed to have a queen bed and there is a slide out for the bed. Bunk beds are off of the kitchen and the loft is above those. Kitchen, living room and bunk beds are where the other slides are located.

Sleeps 7, 4 slides, base weight is 12,738 lbs, 42′ 6″ long. Other specifics are in the last picture, all info is from NADA.com.

One of the glass glass shower doors is cracked. Missing the televisions and mattresses. Washer and dryer are included.

NADA Average Retail is $40,600.
