This 1979 Pontiac Trans Am Special Edition is an original 79,000 mile, second family-owned car. The original owner was a GM factory employee who gifted it to his sone upon his passing. We are selling it on behalf of the owner who purchased it from the original owner’s son.
The seller states this Trans Am is powered by the original 6.6 liter V8 backed by an automatic transmission.
The paint, decals and interior (with exception of the headliner) area ll original as received form the Norwalk, Ohio assembly plant. The shock absorbers have been replaced with adjustable Koni shocks set on the medium setting. All brake mastery cylinder, lines, calipers and rotors are all original.
The A/C has been repaired with parts number matching compressor and evaporative core and as been converted to R134a.
This Trans Am comes with original owner purchase documents, warranty documents and more.
